Easy DIY Denim Dress to Cold Shoulder Top Refashion

I did a simple refashion on an a line denim dress in my closet that I wanted to wear as a top because of it being so short, but it wasn't very flattering. I did some simple cutting and fraying and turned it into a top. Check out what I did in the video tutorial below.
