DIY Off the Shoulder Peplum Top

This is a super cute and easy diy off the shoulder peplum top. I used a very stretchy structured premium ponte knit fabric for this look. In the process of creating it, I came up with the crazy idea to make it wearable two ways. Check out the video below if you want to see how I got this look!
