Subscriber Request: DIY Romper/Blouse with Slit Sleeves

I did a tutorial on the skirt but a subscriber requested a tutorial on the top.

I will be doing a tutorial on this top (which it really is a bodysuit), but I will be making it into a romper with dolman side slit sleeves.
