Please allow 2-3 days to process order upon purchase. For the ready to wear (Sample Boutique), please allow 3-4 days after processing for order to be shipped (custom order process is longer). Please allow 1-2 weeks production time, after processing, for all made to order (UNIK Collection) products to be shipped. Once production begins on custom orders, item is yours and becomes non-refundable. Please contact me within 48 hours to CANCEL custom order.
Production
Quality check is made before every shipment from Sample Boutique. Photos of order is sent with tracking information to the email used during purchase. Standard shipping 2-3 business days after processing. Tracking information comes with every order. If you purchase items from UNIK Collection, your shipment and shipping information will be sent by third party company. Read each product description carefully. You may still contact Ty Kent, LLC through contact page or email if there is any issues with shipping.
Shipping
All CUSTOM orders are FINAL. You have 3-5 business days upon delivery to return any items from UNIK Collection or Sample Boutique to receive a store credit. Original shipping costs and fees are non-refundable. Please contact me within 48 hours of receiving product to began the exchange process. If I am not contacted within 48 hours, the sale becomes FINAL. All Sale items are final (no refunds or exchanges).
Returns
We collect personally identifiable information to fulfill your orders, tell you about new products and deals, and provide you with an amazing shopping experience. That personal information includes, but is not limited to, your name, billing and shipping addresses, an RDB user name and password, email address, phone number, and financial information. We value your trust in us and will do everything we can to safeguard your privacy and the security of your transactions.

We send emails to notify customers about new arrivals and special events. New arrivals can happen twice a day, so we may send ten or more emails per week. You will only receive emails if you opt in to our email marketing. You may opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email, or by sending a request to tykentboutique@outlook.com. We may send you emails to confirm your order, send tracking information, or to communicate with you specifically about your order, or in response to a question either to our email, chat, or any of our social media accounts.
